On May 24 and 25, 2024, SMF Group had the honor of hosting the first “CORPORATE METAMORPHOSIS” Forum, an event that marked a significant moment for the company and its stakeholders. The initiative provided a unique opportunity to explore the innovations and transformations taking place within the group.

During the Forum, participants had the opportunity to visit our production facilities, where they were able to closely observe the efficiency and quality of our production processes. The visit highlighted SMF Group’s commitment to environmental sustainability, an integral part of our Green-oriented corporate philosophy.

A highlight of the Forum was the presentation of our corporate philosophy to stakeholders, with a particular focus on our commitment to technological innovation. Visitors were able to witness live demonstrations of our latest technological innovations, which showcased our dedication to research and development to continuously improve our products and services.

The Forum also hosted an engaging debate with executives, teachers, and students from industrial technical institutes in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. This debate, organized by SMF Group, addressed the important topic of school/industry experience, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between the education and industrial sectors to train the new generations of professionals.
