We put our many years of experience in the design and construction of machinery and plants – including turnkey projects and solutions for a third party – at your disposal. Our working method, combined with a dynamic organisational structure, allows us to develop innovative technological solutions for the steel industry, automated material handling (medium-heavy parts in general), aluminium smelters and recycling plants.
For the steel industry, we built machinery for both flat and long products, including casting machines and rolling mills, handling equipment and finishing machines. The range of our flagship products includes: tundish and ladle transfer cars, oscillating benches, dummy bars, pinch rolls, straighteners, cold plates, billet/slab cranes, standard belt conveyors and roller conveyors, flying shears, pipe and tube handling systems, quenching heads, handling systems for rolling and peeling machines, parts of peeling machines, radial machines. But we also have a great deal of experience in the development of loading/unloading equipment close to furnaces/forges, and furnaces in general. In recent years, we have also built furnaces for vertical galvanizing lines, furnaces for the production of aluminium billets, furnaces for heat treatment of bars.
We have extensive experience in the design and construction of all machines for aluminium extrusion presses, and we can provide both single machines and upstream and downstream turnkey systems for press lines, offering improvements and customised solutions for increasing production and for improving product quality.
We also work with aluminium foundries, for which we provide automatic loading systems for melting furnaces, as well as assembly and installation of the entire furnace.
